Ashley Court Apartments are beautifully managed. This is one of the well managed apartments I have yet to reside in. The community is quiet, friendly, and welcoming. As with every community you have those noisy, disorderly neighbors however, as an overall view-point this community is culturally diverse and everyone is so friendly.
The breeze-ways are a little trashy sometimes people tend to individual pieces of trash in the parking lot or stairways, i.e. cups, food containers, etc . I've only resided at Ashley Court for over a month now and I am enjoying the all the amenities, and spaciousness of my new place.
There are always activities or events hosted by management or other residence that I will soon be participating.
Management is always professional and helpful, if one office team member is busy, there will definitely be another assisting you right away. What more can I say, I love Ashley Court Apartments.
I transferred my lease from one Milestone Management property to another. I moved from Greensboro and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me transfer my lease to an Ashley Court in Charlotte. The quality of Ashley Court is great. It is relatively pricey, but the apartments are great, and the staff is extremely friendly.
Overall it's well. Nice area just wish there wasn't so many college residents.
The staff is very warm and welcoming. Very professional and informative. I called on Wednesday and was moving in two days later. Thanks be to God they had availability and I got my GARDEN TUB
Good community to live in. The staff changes a lot. Maybe it comes with this type of profession. The only two issues I have is the equipment in the workout facility, it never works and it's hard to get someone on the phone if you have a question.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
