The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure we all feel welcomed. I've been so impressed by the many events put on for the tenants.
Thank you so much for your positive comments! We strive to provide activities that all residents would enjoy including free weekly tutoring for grade school and middle school children, biweekly girl scout meetings, and monthly events such as cook outs, Bingo, breakfast events, craft classes, biannual yard sale events, and special "treat days".
The management team are awesome to talk to & work with. I feel safe here, & I haven't had any problems with anyone at the complex, & I have good neighbors.
Advenir has quite a few problems. One of which is that anyone "in charge" doesn't actually live here. Since they don't live here, what could they actually accomplish in satisfying residents? The answer is nothing. I am a dog owner and i follow all rules surrounding pets, and yet i witness, daily, other residents walking their dogs without leashes and they don't pick up after it. Also, the office is open less hours than I go to work. Face to Face communication is nearly impossible.
Living on the premises is not a requirement to work at Advenir Real Estate and many properties do not have staff living on-site but we have had onsite staff here for several years. We ask residents to take pictures of dog owners violating rules and show the office as people don't generally violate policy when they can be seen. We are open 10-6 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Saturdays and offer online payment and service request options for residents in the event they work every hour we are open.
Grounds are in poor conditions. Staff members are very nice.
Our home office is working on contracts for drainage repairs, resurfacing of the parking lots and new dumpster fences to improve the appearance of the community and we just contracted for tree trimming and a few tree removals. We have a landscaper that comes weekly and keeps the bushes trimmed, sidewalks edged and the grass mowed. Our Service Team spends the first two - three hours every weekday picking up the grounds after residents.
I do not care for the lack of communication within the staff. I have been misinformed a few times and I find it disappointing to say the least.
We apologize for any miscommunications you had with our office. In 2013 we had a lot of staffing changes as well as a temporary office assistant while a staff member was on maternity leave. At this point in time, we have a full permanent staff in place so there should not be any further miscommunication.
