Sagebrook is reasonably priced and the management has been very responsive.
Any of my work orders have been taken care of in a prompt matter, the office staff is very friendly and always helpful. The only thing that I would change about my experience at Sagebrook would be an updated gym. The equipment is outdated. My biggest complaint is that there are two 100 buildings. Not many guests find it easy to get back into the Dickens Court area. It would be helpful to either renumber the buildings or put up signs directing people to Dickens Court.
They fix any issues that come up in my apartment promptly. I feel like they care about our standard of living.
The only thing I'd recommend is an option to pay rent online. It'd be a lot less of a hassle.
Every problem I've ever had has been addressed by maintenance in a timely manner and all the staff is very pleasant. The property is pristine, and I love that the office periodically checks in to see how I am doing in the apartment. I got new appliances in February 2013, as well as a new kitchen faucet and bathroom since in June 2013, so I appreciate the upgrades made to the standard apartments. The property is a very quiet and pleasant place to live.
