Great complex operated by Fantastic people. Several weeks ago, I lock my keys in my car. I went and got the manager let me in my apartment, she got maintenance to see if he could help me get in my car. He got the door unlocked and I retrieved those pesky keys. Way above the call of duty. I not just satisfied but I am their loyal Fan.
Chapel Hill North has THE best staff around. They are responsive to resident concerns, provide great resident events, and are a pleasure to work with. Service requests are responded to quickly and we have been extremely happy here. The overall grounds are very well kept and our family feels very safe here.
Great location, accessible to everything. Management & Staff are very approachable and efficient , always do something to promote a wholesome community for family , kids and pets.
I feel very safe/my packages are safe when delivered to the office. New/modern amenities including gym, lobby, and pool area. Walking distance to NS bus line, grocery store, ABC store. Right off 40. The door to my washer broke and they had someone come by to fix it the next day. Rent is a tad expensive but worth it for all of the above.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Columbia toward E Rosemary St. and take a slight right onto Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Continue approximately 4 miles toward I-40. Before getting to I-40 you will come to a light for Perkins Drive,Take a right here. You will arrive at Chapel Hill North on the left just after shopping center.
