I mostly like living here, but I feel like there are too many spiders and bugs coming in.
The office staff and ownership have changed over the time I've been here. The current office staff is not friendly. As one example, it is difficult to resolve issues such as having no warm water in the laundry room. I have asked for warm water for months and told that the hot water heater that serves the office also serves the laundry room, so if it works in the office, we don't know why it doesn't work it doesn't work for laundry.
When I moved in 11 years ago I was extremely impressed by management and maintenance, not as much anymore. Currently the area around the cardboard dumpster looks like a landfill, I am embarrassed by the condition of the stairwells, not a single building in the complex has all of it's exterior lightning working, something I have complained about for years. It is very dark and unsafe in the parking lots at night. It is now almost August and the pool has yet to be opened this year, more to say!
The location is wonderful but the quality of the buildings is poor, the AC unit is in the middle of the living room so we have to up the TV volume whenever it turns on, I was told I *can't* complain about it to management but I'll say here that parts of our apartment smell awful because someone around us smokes and the people above us make so much noise at all hours it's disruptive. The cabinets in the kitchen haven't been replaced in decades and they're really gross. I could say more.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
