My first year as a Bell Preston Rerserve tenent has almost flown by. Moving into an apartment was a big change for me but I have been happy with my apartment.
I have lived here for 2 yrs and my experience has been wonderful. Very frinedly staff and residents. This community is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers, and movie theaters.
Bell Preston Reserve for us is a great value, featuring all of the right amenities and options with their apartments. While the parking could be improved, the grounds and services are great. Service requests are easy to submit and are fulfilled promptly. The apartment layouts are great and couldn't be happier with our choice to live here!
Since I have move here a month ago it has been a great experience. The people here are so nice and the amenities are great. The location is perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone
Love love love my apartment. After 10 years in a house, I don't miss it. Love having the garage to park my motorcycle. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The staff is helpful, friendly, and great.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
