I lived in a lot of apartments and I can say this one is one of the better ones. Parking is great, I have never had trouble getting a space, even when it looks crowded. Even though the buildings are older the walls are great, they keep almost all of the noise out. I never here the neighbors and you occasionally here the maintenance workers when they are using the leaf blower. The landscaping isn't fantastic but it isn't horrible either they are just nice. Like I said the buildings are older, so they have few things that could be updated. The doors don't fit in the doorways, so it's difficult to shut and open, that can be very frustrating. Parts of the floors dip in, but that is not unusual for older buildings. Maintenance does good job at fixing things, WHEN they get to it. I would not wait around for them to show up on their own, definitely give them call to remind them to come by, and if its urgent tell them it's urgent and they will be right over. Staff is great, but you have to ask them all the questions if you don't ask they won't tell you. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. The price is great for what they offer and the location is not bad 2.7 miles from campus.

I love my apartment. It feels like country living in town, safe, spacious. The staff is awesome, always willing to help. Everyone seems like they are enjoying the place they call home and taking pride in it.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
