I have lived here for 5 years. That says a lot. The units are comfortable and clean when you move in, and they have a great staff in office and maintenance, that listen and get things done. Beautiful rural community close to everything you need including a new outlet mall opening soon.
Seasons has an excellent location: I-40, I-26 and Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore Lake just minutes away. It is great to have access to the pool and gym. It has beautiful and quiet neighborhood, helpful staff, and it is pets friendly. The reason why I rated it good (it deserves excellent ) is because there is no recycle and breezeways could have been cleaned more often. Otherwise, I really enjoy living here and would recommend Seasons for somebody who is looking for an apartment.
The Seasons at Biltmore Lake offers a tranquil, attractive community environment that is appealing to me as a young professional. I would be able to give the community an excellent rating if there were community events/socials to get to know other residents; bike racks for safety and convenience; 24/7 business office access and a discount/inclusion in the Biltmore Lake amenities. In my opinion, these additional offerings would justify the price tag of living here since this is a rural area.
The complex is clean and well maintained. The grounds are very pleasant. I feel safe. The office staff is responsive to questions and concerns. The complex is close to basic needs such as groceries, banking, gas.
