Friendly staff, quick to answer any calls I place, helpful with any questions I have had, and reasonable rates and great location.
They have fixed every thing with in a day or two when it's needed. The office people have been very helpful tell where things in town are located.
The staff has been great and great people to work with.
To a certain degree, it's what an apartment complex should be - quiet, neighborly, reasonably affordable & favorable location
When I first moved there,the management was more involved in making our stay there enjoyable...There are times when complaints and work orders are not handled properly.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
