This complex is quiet, the staff is friendly and available. The maintenance is quick and efficient. When a problem arises, it gets taken care of by the staff.
The staff is very responsive to the needs, and requests, of the residents.
I'm not quite sure how to express, and define excellent, except to say, the office staff, and maintenance service at The Chase is anything, but short of just that.
The Chase is a good community in which to live. The management staff is quite responsive and listens to resident's concerns. I do not like that smoking is allowed in all buildings/apartments, balconies and breeze ways. Also, dogs are allowed and the owners do not clean up after their pets. Some of the dogs are large. I believe the Chase should consider designating some apartment/buildings as smoke free and pet free.
Rent is a little high on the apartments that are not renovated.
