I never thought I'd get such a great place to stay in this price range. This my fist time living in an apartment, and it's exceeded all of my expectations.
I have loved living at Alamance Reserve. Their grounds are beautiful, and the amenities (especially the pool, garbage/recycling, and laundry facilities) are so well-maintained and convenient. Super affordable. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and accessible. They are also non-invasive, but definitely there when you need them. I got a job out of state and wish I could pick this place up and move it with me.
Alamance Reserve has been my home for four years now. The complex has been very well maintained, the staff professional and prompt, and a great location to local attractions. I have been very pleased with the quietness and friendliness of the residents. The maitenance team has responded to all my orders very quickly and orderly. This has been a great place to live! The only reason why I am not staying is because I am venturing into home ownership in this area. Alamance Reserve was my first home here and it made me feel comfortable and safe.

The first thing I really appreciated when I started looking for a place was how personable the staff was. I looked around at a few different places but the staff is the reason I chose Alamance reserve! They really care about your needs and are always willing to help. A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From Alamance Regional Hospital: Turn left onto Huffman Mill Road. At the stop light, turn right onto University Drive. Turn right onto Old St. Mark's Church Alamance Reserve will be on the left.
From Elon: Head south on South Williamson Avenue (toward Burlington). When you cross Church Street, the road name changes to St. Mark's Church Road. At the end of the road, turn right onto Boone Station Drive. The next light you come to is University Drive. Take a left. Cross the bridge over I-40/85 and take the second left onto Old St. Mark's Church Road. Alamance Reserve is on the left.
From Greensboro: Take I-40/85 to University Drive (exit 140- Elon College exit). Turn right onto University Drive, then take your second left onto Old St. Mark's Church Road. Alamance Reserve is on the left.
