I like the location because it's far enough from downtown to be a nice and quiet complex but it's also close enough that it only takes a few minutes to get where I need to be
I have no complaints. My likes and dislikes are: I like that the community is gated. The staff in the office has been extremely nice. They always seem concerned that the resident is taken care of. The area is safe and peaceful.

Maintenance was very quick even for something minor. My likes and dislikes are: Very quiet, polite neighbors. Beautiful, fun pool.
Maintenance issues are slow to be resolved. The large parking lot light on my building (#4, Berrington) has been out since I moved in on 7/24/13. It was finally repaired a couple of weeks ago. The dryers in the laundry have never worked properly. They overheat and shut off. Unless you stand there (nowhere to sit) and monitor them the entire time, you'll return to find the timer has run out and your clothes are in a wet, wrinkled pile. My likes and dislikes are: Quiet, safe, near downtown Asheville

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
