We were charged abnormally high amounts for "fixing" the apartment when nothing was broken. $70 to "clean" outside patio thats just a concrete slab? Doesn't make sense. Nevermind the fact we were being charged almost $1200 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. Ridiculous. Impossible to reach them by phone. IMPOSSIBLE.

Walls are thin, therefore I am able to hear my neighbors and barking dogs. The community pool is too small for a complex the size of Audubon Place.
On the plus side, I feel safe and am pleased with the staff and enjoy the layout of my apartment.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the pool. We have implemented a pool pass which limits the amount of guests per resident. We are also open to any suggestions residents may have.
Too noisy, windows were single pane. too cold in winter and too warm in summer.
We had ICE on the inside of the windows and we were constantly spraying and cleaning for mold.
