Have not had any problems with any aspect of living here. My likes and dislikes are: Well taken care of and feels like home the minute you move in.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: nice place to live in a convenient location, very pleasant and nice neighbors staff was very accomadating
My likes and dislikes about this community are: Ascot Point is awesome. The staff are incredibly friendly, the neighbors are amazing, the location is great, maintenance is quick to respond to anything, there are several cops that live in the neighborhood so it always feels safe, the grounds are kept extremely clean and free of litter, and our three bedroom is huge. There are only two problems. The first is parking, which isn't bad at all during the day, but at night after about 9 it can be difficult to find a spot. The other issue is the train. There are tracks right across the only entrance to the complex. The train runs about once a day at irregular intervals, so it can be hard to tell when it's coming. The issue isn't so much noise (I can't hear it inside the apartment at all) but rather needing to be somewhere and being unable to leave or enter until the track clears. Both of these are minor annoyances, though, and should not dissuade anyone from renting here.
I am concerned because the rent is going up and I don't see that we are getting any new amenities. I really want recycling and I hear that it is coming. Let's get that going.
I can't comment on the social scene. I haven't seen much going on in that respect. My likes and dislikes are: I am very happy in this community.
I have lived here a few months, but the only problems I have encountered are the lack of convenient parking spaces and noise levels from neighbors. The insulation could be better, but it is not as bad as I have experienced in other apartment complexes. The breezeways are kept "clean" with blowers. I have been told that they will be scrubbing them clean in the next couple of months. They need that.
It would be nice if there was a club house or meeting space with a small kitchen to have meetings or presentations, etc.
I enjoy living here. My likes and dislikes are: I like the location of the complex. It is convenient to many desired shops, restaurants, medical facilities, etc. The buildings are brick and that reduces cost on renter's insurance and heating/ac costs. The community itself is easy to walk the dog or work on an exercise program as weather permits. I have met several people while out walking the dog or picking up the mail.
I love the staff. They are professional and work hard to know residents by name. They also welcome my pet in the office (sometimes there are doggie treats on the table) when I might drop by to say hello, pick up a package or pay my rent. I feel safe here with some good neighbors close by as well as good lighting within the property.

Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
