This is the only place you need to look if you are seeking a friendly, convenient apartment complex. The other tenants are polite, respectful and friendly. The complex doesn't just take anybody just to fill empty apartments, they really care who your neighbors are.
What we notice about these units is the overall cleanness of the facility,
We are so happy here the place is great there's a stoplight right at the entrance which makes it easy to come in go off of Long Shoals Road, 10 minutes from the kids 8+ school, Beautiful paved walkway to Biltmore Square shopping, nice layout in the apartment .
I enjoy living living at The Forest because no matter how busy my day has been, I come home to a well kept, clean, quiet, and friendly community. I like being able to walk (instead of driving) to the grocery store and Biltmore Park Square, and having access to the walking trails. It's also nice to be just a few minutes from the Parkway and Bent Creek for hiking and biking.
The staff and maintenance team are great.
