The apartments are well appointed, the facilities make you feel like you are at a resort. The people who work here are responsible, friendly and knowledgeable. The tenants are people I have made friends with and will continue to see.
I especially love the kitchen with the large granite top island, stainless steel appliances, and large pantry. I also like my view overlooking the pool, outdoor fireplace and the mountain in the background.
Finishes in the apartments are very nice and amenities are kept clean!
Friendly and helpful onsite staff; clean facilities; well maintained exterior surroundings.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
