Clean, well organized complex they love dogs and the people are nice.
The staff has treated us wonderfully right from the start. They are always pleasant and helpful. When we've needed maintenance they have been extremely nice and they respond promptly. I'm notified via email when the job is done.
We moved into Windsong Place this past January and we couldn't be happier with how easy it was for us going through the entire renting process. The employees are professional and seems to love what they do. The maintenance guys and gals are quick to respond to our repair needs. My wife, kids and even my dog love it here. There are always parking spots available, location is great and I love the extra money I saved moving to this apartment complex.
The maintenance team and the office staff have always been very responsible.
Windsong is just lovely and is kept impeccably.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
