It is like living in a small private home without the extra work involved with maintaining property. the maintenance here is remarkable. The staff is above board inside and out.Every employee is helpful and very courteous. There many nice neighbors and a feeling that we are surrounded by friends.

Community is quiet, set back from traffic yet, close to all shopping, medical facilities, airport and entertainment. The residents are warm and welcoming, yet keep to their own business. Some are completely retired and others are still employed, so conversations are varied. Apartments are spacious with 24/7 maintenance. All units have emergency pull cords going to the local firehouse for those residents that live alone which give a great sense of security. Plus they accepted my pets.

I LOVE living at StoneGate. Being one of the younger residents was not an issue at all. The staff really cares about its residents and there are always things to do for whoever chooses to socialize. For those like me who would like peace and some greenery this is perfect. There is access to the pools on the other properties, maintenance is fantastic and rent so far has been reasonable in comparison to VALUE and other places I have lived. Only drawback for me personally is the heating system.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
