We have lived here only a few weeks, but we feel like home already. We love the apartment, the office staff, the maintenance guys, pretty much everything!!
Great service by staff
Great location and well maintained apartments
Very easy move-in process. The office personnel are very accommodating and maintenance issues get resolved very quickly.
Rent is too high. The rent is the same as the West Coast and for Brand New Construction where this is a 15year old building. There is no business center so you have to rely on the staff for any faxing etc..... Trash facilities are easy access and never over full. Cable and Internet is a nice comp but again the rent is such that you are paying for it in some ways.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
