Office staff are extremely friendly and accommodating - maintenance personnel are also very accommodating and complete work orders in a timely fashion. Overall the property is kept in great condition with timely grass cutting & trimming bushes, adding new mulch each spring, etc. Snowplowing in winter is excellent - no issues

Lived here since 2008 and barring an employment relocationI would never think of moving. Great location. Clean property and landscaping. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Maintenance is on any problem immediately (and they are far and few between).
Because the neighbors are really loud in the hall way and their kids play in the hall way and they play out side the house and are ridiculously loud and kick there soccer balls and hit are vehicles and throw Crab apples on the roof and now that I think about it I'm going to change my raining to fair
I lost my job over there and i had to move to other city for job trails. i have been paying the rent for last couple of months from my savings and i totally exhausted them. i tried to sublet but due to the background check and paper work no body is interested in renting the place. i requested that i will share with some one then the answer from community people is that they will do the background check on the person who shares as well. only 2 month lease is left, i expect community to help termi

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
