Very clean, new, and excellent support from management
Avalon White Plains is a great place to live. The walking distance to downtown and the train is so great! It feels quaint and suburban but gives you a city feel too. It's easy to get around once you figure out the area. The staff at Avalon is great and helped me SO much with making my move in as easy as possible. I really love the Avalon. Hard to live anywhere else now!
We are completely new to the White Planes area, we are so happy that my daughter found The Avalon for us, I have a good feeling that we will be very happy here.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
