This is my second time back at an Avalon, friendly staff and convenience as well as peace of mind. Definitely a place to call home. Michelle U
Since moving in my girlfriend and I are very happy. Our apartment feels like home, is clean, bigger than most, and the community as a whole is very nice. Avalon has a lot more to offer than most, if not all the other apartment complexes on Long Island which is why we moved here. We hope to be here for a long time - so far so good.
The process was smooth and easy from application to move-in. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Vinny. Excellent community and very accommodating to pets.
The grounds are well maintained and the office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Love that the apartment has lots of cabinets and walk-in closets and our large patio.
The service from the application process through to move I day was flawless and easy. The personnel are top notch and very nice. I am so happy I live here!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
