The management staff is great, there is one resident who lets her dog roam without a leash after management leaves and i know she has been talked to about it but this resident continues to do so,
Yes, management is aware of this and has spoke with this tenant regarding this violation of her lease agreement. We realize some tenants have health and mobility problems, but per the lease agreement dogs must be on a leash at all times. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
Often this will reflect is a tenant is renewed. Thank you for helping us make BCC a great place to call home.
I live in bottom apt and noise from above apt is VERY loud in my apt. The floors just do not soften the noise.

New Property Management has increased my satisfaction. This person takes the job seriously and gets things done in a timely manner. Quiet and great location near the 400. Great selection of shopping nearby and can be downtown or in East Aurora within 15 mins!! Neighbors have been respectful for the most part! Best apartment complex in the area!
