Peaceful, quiet, attractive community
I love it here at Webster Green. The grounds are beautiful, people in the complex are friendly. The staff: (office, maintenance, grounds people) are respectful and will go out of their way to take care of any problem or concern you may be having in your apartment . It is quiet and very peaceful and I would recommend this to complex to anyone.
When my Sister and I drove around the complex last year, it had a good feeling to it. Love the park like area and convenience to shopping and other amenities in the Webster area. The staff are great and very responsive. The apartment is comfortable and we have found over the months that we have been here that the utilities are well within reason. We like that the complex is pet friendly and enjoy waving to all the dog walkers - (we have cats). There is a lovely neighborhood feeling.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
