1) Great Supporting staff including maintenance. 2) Lushy Green courtyard and well maintained including regular spray for insecticides. 3) Apartments are very clean and brand new carpet. 4) No noise from the Top floor apartments heard at First floor 5) Street lightening at night 6) Ample space parking 7) Very economical rent in NY state. Can say Value for money. I just paid $820.00 8) Full operational ice scrollers during winters to clear the pathway.
The maintenance at Sheridan is exceptional. The property is beautiful and well manicured. Most residents have been here for years and are a testament to the quality of the management team. Unfortunately, there are no amenities (ie. gym, tennis, pool, etc.), but the place is quiet and peaceful for the mature client. The heat and hot water are included and certainly help the resident on a fixed budget to plan accordingly.
The rent is a bit pricey, but it's a very nice complex, and very well taken care of by the staff. If anything is broken it gets fixed promptly! Feel free to put in a gym.
They have very good service, whenever something need to be fixed they complete it quickly. They have good heating which is also included in rent. Only one thing needed. They should clean/wash the every apartments carpet atleast once in a year.
Its value for money. It have nice spacious lawns ,fresh air and sunlight. Maintenance is excellent. they come on time as needed to fix anything.They have good parking space and also I can park just front of my home on curb side. It has nice picknic tables, grills, but only two swings for kids. I wish I had 1 or 2 more slides or similar kids playing items. I wish I had a bigger closets. I wish I had a community hall for small gettogethers/birthday parties for 50 people for rent.
