In general, it is an excellent apartment complex for its money. I do not give an Excellent rating for three reasons: 1) Bugs and spiders coming from the nearby forest. 2) The pool that we have in the apartment complex is not free for guests. For example, when my sister and a niece were visiting me, I had to pay for the pass for them. Moreover, which is completely insane, I had to present in the pool area with them. 3) ACs in the apartments are ancient and loud
Superintendents are very helpful, but management office is NOT.
Heatherwood seemed like a good option when I was looking for apartments, but I had to arrange it from a distance since I was moving in from another state. This was a cumbersome process since the office staff were not very responsive. This is still my impression after having lived one year at Heatherwood. The leasing office needs to be open more hours, primarily earlier in the morning to accommodate the needs of people that work. The laundry room should be improved, current machines are old.
the interior of the apartment sound proof poorly done , in bedroom the walking upstaires soooo loud , my rugs are bukled in my apt. told me can,t be fixed , do not like the people who live here i feel unsafe didn,t know when rented the apt. section 8 lived here . moved away from the city to have peace of mind , not here !!
