Pet Policy: 65 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. Restrictions: Breed restrictions apply. Refundable dog fee $500 with a $50 monthly charge (per dog). Refundable cat fee $400 with a $35 monthly charge (per cat).

The Mariner is a gem. The apartments are immense, the value is great, the property is immaculate, and the people are awesome. The location is outstanding, and you can't beat not leaving for the train until 10 minutes before it leaves!

We love living at The Mariner. The location is great- we can walk to food, train, movies and shopping. Easy on/off to major highways as well. Management and staff are all extremely pleasant and professional. Other tenants are equally as nice. We made the right choice!
