Wonderful, new, and airy!
Wonderful community. The staff is outstanding. We are very happy to be residents here.
I would recommend Avalon to anyone. If you're looking for a place of comfort, this is it! The staff is very friendly, the front desk employees are very helpful and not to mention a very quiet and safe living environment. It's easy to love the place you live in when everyone around is so loving.
Avalon Morningside has changed my life:-) I needed a rental place to move into fast in NYC, and I was approved in the office and a lease issued to me within 20 minutes of my showing up. Everything was coordinated like clockwork and the community is friendly, egalitarian in every respect, and the building is well run. Props to Avalon !

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
