    From Manhattan: Take the Midtown Tunnel to I-495 East and take Exit 22A-E to merge onto the Grand Central Parkway Eastbound.     From Eastern Long Island: Take I-495 Westbound and take Exit 42W to merge onto the Northern State Parkway. Continue on the Northern State to exit 31-A and merge onto the Meadowbrook State Parkway towards Jones Beach. Continue on the Meadowbrook State Parkway south to the Old Country Road exit (M1 W). Turn right on Old Country Road, turn right on Main Street, turn left on Front Street/Station Plaza North, turn right on 3rd Avenue. Your destination will be on the right.
