The office staff is always helpful. I feel safe in my apartment. They keep the grounds in good order. litter is picked up. The party's given help make it a community as it gives residents a chance to meet and greet. I do wish there was a better way to get rid of garbage then the dumpsters and that there were elevators and garages.
The community is always well maintained. The staff is very attentive to anything that needs to be addressed. They have events within the clubhouse so you can mingle with your neighbors. I love this place.
I rated it good because it is a nice little community. The pool is nice, the grounds are nice and the bbq grills are a nice touch. The gym and clubhouse are nice as well. I rated it good but not excellent based upon the following: Rent is expensive. Pool hours are not convenient for working people. The leasing manager can be a little heavy handed at times.
Staff not responsive to complaint about loud music heard from adjacent building before 8:00 AM. Safe speed of vehicles in complex not always heeded. During warmer months the volume of the car radios of some residents is extremely loud.
Rating would be excellent but I find the amenities gym, park and pool too small. As a grandmother the park is only good for 2-5 yrs old is much too limited. Also underground secured parking would be a big plus. The onsite management and maintenance team is outstanding.
