I'm here one week. So far so good.
Clean and cooperative.
I love living in the Avalon Community in Huntington Station. There is a wonderful array of people living here. As a Single Mom, I feel extremely safe here, especially if I am coming home alone at night. Management is extremely professional and very friendly. It is a beautiful community and in a great locations to restaurants, shopping and transportation. I have rented many apartments over the years and I rate AC the best I have ever lived in.
Very pleased with the leasing process and reception on site. Would recommend Avalon Huntington Station to those interested in leasing an upscale pleasant place to live.
everything in the compound is really nice, but I live in the first floor and I always hear the steps of my neighbor above me ( second floor) which annoys me at time when I sleep. besides, everything is good
