Truly, WORRY-FREE living!!!!
Over the past year my experience with Broadway Knolls has been great. The appearance and cleanliness of the complex, along with location and proximity to local villages, stores, restaurants, etc., can't be beat. The open communication between management & residents is also exceptional with being on-top of all matters. As great as Broadway Knolls is, though, the cost to become/stay a resident must be taken into consideration against all it has to offer.
We love it here. Everything has been great and any maintenance issues have been taken care of very promptly. Would highly recommend.
Only here, six weeks and have no complaints. Krystal had been very helpful and informative from the first time we looked at Broadway Knolls and the many times we came back to make our decision. The maintenance department has been excellent, too! The community has been kept in excellent condition.
We looked at several communities before choosing the knolls. The knolls gives a very nice first impression of cleanliness and the grounds are very inviting.your staff has been very helpful and available when we had questions. We do not anticipate any problems considering our experience until now. As I said earlier we are not in yet but we have spent several days there. I love it's location near stores and sunrise highway and most of all my children and grandchildren.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
