good location. nice layout. big dumpsters for trash. Mailbox inside. both bedrooms are big enough.
They have a hard time with snow removal. My wife and I require a handicap parking space, which they provided quite readily, but keeping it clear of snow is difficult. I think it boils down to money. When there's a lot of snow, they don't seem to have enough help, can't they hire some seasonal help?
I have lived in my apartment for over ten years and never have had an issue. The office is always great and for the few maintenance calls I have had to make, they have come in the same day to take care of it.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
