My town home is very comfortable and convenient. Management has responded promptly to any questions and/or concerns. The office staff is knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. The community is calm and clean. The road ways and lawns are well cared for. I feel very at home and safe.
Management is very responsive to maintenance and repair needs. Grounds are well maintained.
Competent friendly staff who maintain the buildings and grounds in fine condition, and answer all tenants' request promptly and satisfactorily, while the office is available to settle any and all contract and financial questions. Very complete operation to the satisfaction of all the tenants.
Everything was really cheaply made. Cheap walls, cheap carpet, etc. Plumbing and electricity were also done poorly. You can't operate your microwave and dishwasher at the same time without blowing a circuit. When we moved in, several items were cracked and broken including fridge handles, doors, and the microwave. The top lock to the main door didn't even work. The upstairs toilet didn't flush properly. In the Spring we discovered that there was apparently a leak in the ceiling that took them two visits to actually even fix. Maintenance is almost always late for appointments.
You'd think that if you have renters paying over a thousand dollars a month for literally just the roof and walls (because no utilities are included) that you'd at least make sure everything is in good condition!
The "garages" that are advertised are really just glorified sheds. They're too small to really fit most vehicles into, which is why parking is such a competitive sport there because everybody is trying to compete for what very limited parking space is there.
They can't even be bothered to pay for professional snow removal; one of their tenants volunteers to do it, so don't be surprised at the poor job of snow removal and salting that's don't 90% of the time.
Cheap paint comes off most of the time when you try to clean it, and the walls are thin enough that I can literally hear when our neighbors on one side use the shower or flush their toilet, and when the neighbors on the other side fight and yell at eachother.
Benefits: lots of kids in the community, office staff is nice, and it's not the *absolute* worst place to live.
Overall, I'd give it a 2/5. Could be worse, but it could be A LOT LOT LOT better. Not really worth the price. We'll be moving as soon as our lease is up.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
