Privacy, safe friendly staff and residents.
The maintenance guys are prompt and often fix the issue within 24 hours of being reported. There are lots of dogs and great people that live here. If you have a dog that bites, this is not the place for you to live. Everyone is quite friendly and keeps an eye out for one another. The appliances are dated.
older complex with excellent maintainence crew, well kept grounds, well lit, mostly quiet for someone working different shifts. Poor water temperature from faucets/tub, drafty patio sliding doors.
the building is in need of repairs..no gutters,siding falling off, wet issues, inside needs updating for the price we pay .
In the Crenshaw Apartment area, there is only one dryer (out of 4 that works), despite calling the vendor of the machines multiple times. The air conditioning is deafeningly loud, it's impossible to have a conversation or watch TV when the air is being used. It also seems that the air conditioning units are outdated, adding expense to tenant electricity bills. Also being a resident with a dog, I find it reprehensible that many of my fellow dog owners do not pick up after their dogs outside.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
