Building Management is always responsive and prompt in addressing any concern I may have as a resident and is attentive enough to ensure that I am satisfied with the outcome of Building Management's actions.
I have had 5-6 apartments, and none come close to having the great customer service that Westbrook staff does. If you need something fixed, it is fixed that day. The staff is always around and always willing to answer questions or help you out. The price is great. The rooftop patio is amazing. The only problem with this place is that finding parking can be painful.
Office staff and maintenance are helpful and reliable. The apartment building is clean and well-maintained.
Management is always looking for ways to upgrade the apartments. Tenants can also move into another apartment for a needed reason for (down sizing, up-sizing or wanting to move in a newly modeled apartment . There is great staff that is working here. There are social gatherings at Christmas and Halloween with food paid for by management. Two year leases available.
Maintenance is very attentive and fixes all issues promptly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
