The laundry room is the worst laundry room I have seen in years. The machines are broken down and out dated, it is never clean, there is no air conditioning or fans and the machines are all a different price. There is no excuse for this kind of neglegent behavior on the part of the owners. The residents who live there should have access to decent laundry equipment at a reasonable price. The pool is broken and stands with stagnant water all of the time. Fix it or fill it in !
I appreciate your review and am sorry you feel this way. I have been working on misc projects in my year tenure here and everything is a work in progress. Unfortunately I do work under an owner and not on my own free will to do everything at once. The laundry room is scheduled to be remodeled within the next 2 months. I have signed the contract last week and the waiting period is for the company we hired to get the new equipment in. Feel free to visit the office with your concerns.
As far as the pool it has been closed for 2 years, and is not scheduled to be reopened. We drain it after each rain so it does not have water sitting in it stagnant. Again I am sorry you feel this way but you are more than welcome to visit the office with any concerns you have. I am working on resolving both issues you have listed, but again I am just the manager and do not have the final say in large projects. I am here if you would like to speak to me and will forward your concerns to owner.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
