Only apt I ever lived in. It s hard to judge as I have nothing to compare it with
You guys do the best you can. Now that we have a decent compliment of maintenance folks hopefully maintenance response will improve. There have been holes knocked in our kitchen walls due to electrical work that have not been fixed in over a year. Numerous requests need to be made in order to get things corrected. Taking away our common area to build an office was a bad decision for all the residents.
Being a tenant for 7 years, I am now on my 4th management company here. The current management company does not seem to be very proactive with current tenants and are just concerned for getting new tenants to fill their vacant apartments.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
