Each apartment should get one parking space for free.
Maintenance has been doing a great job with the snow and ice- keep it up!
Someone should enforce proper recycling among residents. Someone filled up a trash dumpster with large cardboard boxes recently.
Would like more provided for monthly pet fee.
The 'Bark Park' needs to be cleaned up. From tbe start, there has been broken glass, metal, tree trunks, holes in the fence that can injure small dogs. It is not an inviting place for residents with dogs!
Cleaner bathroom at the pool. More lawn mowing, more frequently. No kids toys all over the common lawns.
The wooden flooring found in the apartments are very old and worn-out. Consequently, they creak loudly with every step, so even your neighbors' footsteps are audible through the ceiling and walls. If there is one thing to change in the apartments, please consider getting the flooring fixed.
Interior of my apartment is below expectations. The paint job when I moved it was sloppy and unprofessional. The age of the dwelling contributes to a less than average appearance and I understand that. A quality paint job could improve the appearance. Additionally there are electrical or communication boxes attached to the wall that I have no idea what they are used for.
