Great space for the amount of rent I am responsible for. Great amenities, including my own washer/dryer and dishwasher in my own unit, as well as a fairly decent sized gym and pool complex. Very timely response on maintenance as well as my emailed concerns to the leasing office. (if published, please only publish initials - I.L.)
Excellent community and close to station and shopping.
Staff are very friendly and responsive.
Everything so far has been a pleasant experience and have had no troubles in the first ten days of living in the community. I am looking forward to the future in living here.
My experience at Avalon has been very positive, the staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, feel as though im on vacation. I have enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking the grounds I love my apartment its very quiet and peaceful.
So far my experience has been wonderful. When I moved in the apartment was very clean and grounds are kept very well. The gym is nice and quiet. The pool is not as loud as I expected but still noisy from children during the summer. Remodeled kitchen's are great and look wonderful.
