Leasing manager and property manager are wonderful!! They are very efficient in their work and get the job done. Maintenance comes within 2-3 days and does a good job too, they are all very friendly.
What color are our doors going to be? Green? Maroon? Black? Too many colors. It would be nice if trash collection was more than once a week - the bins always seem full and overflowing.
Most of my concerns were dealt with in a,timely manner and the office staff were understanding. However, when I first moved in last year someone from maintenance ate snacks out of my apartment which leasing dealt with right away and lately my ac has been smelling of mold and I have not been able to use it. Called leasing to report it and it still has yet to be fixed. My apartment also smells of must despite how much I keep the windows open.
Well, very slow with responding to thing needed to get done.... And when things do get done there i dont know they were worked on.. For instance,,, my dish washer wasn't working i call the office, they said we'll send someone to look at it when they have time.. well, me, i was hoping for a call of some-sort letting me know they came into my appartment to work on the dish washer, but nope.. for 2 weeks i thought my washer was still not working, when apparently someone come in and fixed it..
Maintence is horrible, need to hire people who know what they are doing. Woods are over-grown into parking spaces and they do nothing about it. The playground for the kids is not even a playground. Remodeling of the outside of the buildings was started but never finished, so some buildings look nice, while others look all beat up.
