AC needs to be centralized. Can't be done anything about the location but the train noise disturbs us day and night. No gym. We have to pay separately for accessing swimming pool. No work area.
It would be nice to have the option to schedule our Rent bill pay through our bank instead of having to pay through the company portal.
Very good staff and the monthly updates i.e. new mailbox, painting front door, inspections are a plus!
I believe that for the rents that I pay, I am not getting the best value. Why are the rents increasing when there is no change to the appliances, air conditioning units, screen doors, etc. I do understand that costs increase, but for those of us who have been in the community, we should be paying less rent, not more than a new tenant coming in. Further, we are paying water and sewage in an apartment. How about a rent reduction for long-term tenants. Or upgrade appliances, etc.
The exterior grounds for being clean leaves a lot to be desired, the management is to cheap tp hire extra helphelp, they run the complex like Walmart. Poor Pay and a whole lot of work, whick often back fires on the tenats.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
