I love Pondview!!! It is a great location! The commute to work is really a pleasure!
People in the office are the best!!! I cannot say enough about how I love living here!
There are a few contractual clauses I don't necessarily agree with the pool access to residents only and all other visitors have to pay. I believe at least 2 visitors per resident should be allowed to enjoy the pool benefits as well as it can become expensive when you have visitors. Also, the bbq area was very dirty during the summer. There were no garbage bags and the trash cans were full with bugs around it. This was not good. Adding carpet throughout is an issue as I am allergic to carpet.
I truly feel that the management and maintenance are great at Pond View, they always welcoming and have time for you. As for the actual units...I feel they are well designed in terms of layout and functionality. But they should have built them with better sound-proofing between floors. In the two years there, I can hear the tenants above me like they are walking around their unit in cement shoes.

I wasn't made aware of the ongoing construction around the building I moved into until the day we moved in. The loud construction work isn't really conducive for sleep for a night shift RN. I believe overall the apartment is gorgeous but it is a bit overpriced it's not a house... Also the prices for pool guest passes is obnoxious. I'm not paying $200 and my guest don't want to pay $15 just to come swim for 2 hours in a too small pool. The local swim club charges a lot less for guests
I've enjoyed living here a great deal: the staff are conscientious, the amenities are first-class, and the neighbors have been easy to get along with. My only reservations are that the landscaping is woefully behind schedule (there's no grass off my patio- just mud) and there needs to be better education/enforcement on recycling and trash procedures.
