Columbia Court has many features such as you control your heating and cental air conditioning, you can put a washer/dryer in each unit, a free exercise gym, dishwashwer. etc. Staff is friendly and very responsive to our needs. Great place to live.
Columbia Court is a clean, safe and great apartment complex to call my home. Management and maintenance is incredible and always available. I always feel safe and comfortable in my apartment.
The building manager and staff are incredible, helpful, reliable and flexible with your needs. I have issues with the building construction itself which seems to be an issue with all kinds. The floors are paper thin (I live on the 1st floor) and I don't think the 80% carpeting rule listed in the lease is enforced well. It really depends on your neighbors but when they are dragging and dropping things between 12-1am, you wish that carpet was required in the whole bedroom.
Would have given excellent rating but not really happy with the property finance manager. She's very unprofessional and only thinks about her own inconvenience and not the tenants, and always unwilling to help. This has been my observations for years. Thank God, the in-house manager and maintenance crew are providing superb services and it makes up for the finance manager's very weak performances.
The apartments are well maintained and clean.....
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Take Morris Avenue east (Route 82) and turn right on Meisel Avenue. Take Jughandle and cross back over Morris Avenue. Stay straight on Maple Avenue. We are on the right. From Route 78 East, take exit 49A (Springfield Avenue). Travel 2/10 mile to U-turn for Maple Avenue. We are straight ahead. From Route 78 West, take exit 50b; bear to the right up the ramp, at light make a right onto Vauxhall Road. At second light make a left onto Springfield Ave. Take 1st u-turn to Columbia Court.
