I love my apartment - the floor plan, the light, the fact that I have a window over the sink and a window in the bathroom. The neighbors are friendly, pleasant people; everyone pitched in when it snowed. There is a feeling of community here. We live close to a lot of undeveloped land, so there is a variety of wildlife, which is an feature that I like.
The management staff as well as the maitenance staff is very accomadating to all my needs...
Landscapers need to be replaced. I can mow lawn. That's all they do. Instead of picking the leaves up, they just blow them behind the bushes, which is now causing mold on the brick. Other than that it's a beautiful, peaceful place to live.
Great location, but way overpriced. Snow removal was horrible, garbage gets overloaded and is an eyesore , landscaping is not kept up. Office staff has improved with concerns. The pool is the perk and the residents are really nice.
No follow up People never call back Landscaping is non existent Not enough repair staff Wrong information constantly sent to me Dumpsters are not adequate Improper dumping when men gut apartments to refurbish Rent too high Rent increase too high - $100 per month per year?!!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
