the parking here is still not controlled. A notice was put in our mailboxes 3-17-2015 about all vehicles being properly tagged. There are renters in this complex especially Lenox court that have 3 or more vehicles, 2 are tagged the others are not so they park them in visitors and jockey the cars and tags. I was told 2 cars per apartment, well this is not happening and they are not purchasing a garage either to keep the other cars in. There are also the same vehicles parked in the visitors space by the dumpsters in Lenox Ct. One is a gold taxi mini van used for business purposes, another is a Toyota SUV that jockeys a tag between another car which is Blue Honda 4 door that has a Rutgers tag in the front windshield. There is also a black escalade suv always parked in visitors. Another is a dark green Cadillac parked in our lot every night no tag. How can residents have any visitors park where they should when you have residents that have more than 2 cars and are using visitors spaces to park. This is totally not fair to us when we come home from work late at night and can't get a space even in visitors because this is still happening. Evidently the notice that was sent is not being followed thru. This is really the main issue for me here. Also the garage on lenox that had the dumpster put thru the wall, why when we are having parking space issues would you use up another space for parking because the cinder blocks to prevent the dumpster from hitting the garage again is using up another space. Couldn't this be moved back some to open up this parking space again?
The master bedroom walls to the right and left of the window is cracked. I would like for maintenance to repair the cracks appropriately. In addition, the apartment walls were not painted with a dirt resistant paint. I tried several times to clean the walls with warm water and cleaner, however the paint does not clean very well. I would like for maintenance to tuch up some spots. Thank you so much.

dog parks not well kept up with,,unfortunately residents aren't picking up after their dogs in the park and around the complex its a disgrace especially when u have guests coming to visit,,letters, signs, whatever it takes to get these people to follow the rules,

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
