I satisfies all my needs, especially offering the exercise room just across from my apartment and a morning meeting with a gracious woman who provides coffee and good cheer to start the day.
The staff is friendly, competent and responsive to the resident's needs. I never had anything but a prompt response to my calls.
Close to major highways and Philadelphia. It's a relatively low crime area.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From Philadelphia merge onto I-95 N. Take exit 27 toward Bridge Street/Tacony-Palmyra Bridge. Merge onto Aramingo Ave and take a slight right onto Tacony Street. Follow and take the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge/Route 73. Stay in the left lane and take the first left turn after passing through toll area onto Souder Street, which turns into Main Harbour Drive. Stay straight and arrive. From Trenton take I-95 S toward Central Philadelphia. Take exit 30 toward PA-73/Cottman Ave/Rhawn Street, and stay straight to go onto Wissinoming Street. Take a right onto Cottman Ave and follow to State Road/PA-73. Take a left and follow State Road/PA-73. Take a slight lift onto Elbridge Street (which becomes Milnor Street). Follow Milnor Street around to the Tacony-Palmyra bridge. Turn right onto Tacony Street and proceed to the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge.
