I wish there were additional parking options for two cars.
I think that the timing of this survey is good as I had something happened today that has happened a number of times before. Today as I was leaving the parking lot around 8:45AM there was a delivery truck from an organic food service and a New Brunswick transportation bus parked in opposite directions in the driveway closest to the upper lobby in such a way as to trap me and another motorist from being able to enter or exit the parking lot. This happens so often and the drivers look at you but do not acknowledge their standing in a no parking zone because they know there are no repercussions. Residents have no choice but to wait for these vehicles parked against regulations to move on. It is rude, annoying and selfish behavior. The building needs a space where vehicles can stand to make deliveries or pick up disabled passengers without making everyone in the community suffer.
make it a daily habit to clean and wipe every floor of both buildings every morning and afternoon...they used to do it but now not anymore hence the apartment looks filthy...
We were literally blatantly lied to our faces when first showing interest in this apartment complex. Bold-faced lie was told about the "additional parking" being added by April. That is LAST April. Clearly a lie and also where would more parking even fit?????? ALSO, it'd be nice if the people in the office actually returned messages that are left on their phones.
Elevators need to be serviced since one of them is always broken
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
