Very professionally run from management to maintenance to security. The apartments are in excellent condition and grounds spotless. This is by far one of the nicer places to live in north Jersey.
I have living here for the better part of 14 years and I have never had any problems with anyone associated with Powder Mill Heights. They have always been courteous. The few request that I have made have been resolved quickly.
I enjoy living here for a few reasons. The apartments are a nice size and have lots of windows. I appreciate having a parking garage and an elevator. I also like that security is at the door 24/7 and receives packagaes for us. Maintenance is pretty quick to come when you fill out a service request.
The apartments are roomy and comfortable. We like the garage especially in the winter and rain.
Great staff, great location and spacious apartments. Tenants are also very friendly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
