IT clean and modern, with one exception: the front door access system is designed for the 20th century (when people had land line telephones). Many residents do not have landlines anymore, and this is a problem that is only going to become more acute as applications like Apple TV and Netflix push cable aside. The door bell should ring in the house. The result of the current system is that piles of things get left, without security, in the front lobby and deliveries are hard to make.
Great location, good building
I would have given a rating of good or even excellent if it weren't for the construction that has just started in the lot next to my building. They will be shoving a new building into a tiny lot, with maybe four feet in between. Before I was looking out my window to a lovely tree. Now I'll be looking at a wall or someone else's window. We've requested numerous times for this little outdoor spot to have picnic tables and a community grill added, now we are losing it all together.
